Hace unos días apareció un monolito en el desierto de Utah. Poco después del reporte desapareció y apareció uno distinto en Rumanía. Éste último ha seguido los pasos que su predecesor y ha desaparecido también.
La Utah Highway Patrol reportó el descubrimiento de un monolito de metal hace una semana. Días después, el 26 de noviembre apareció otro parecido en Bataca Doamnei Hill, ciudad de Piatra Neamt, Rumanía.
Esto ocurrió mientras el monolito de Utah desaparecía sin dejar rastro cosa que ha hecho el monolito rumano también.
Esta escultura de unos cuatro metros de altura se ubicaba cerca de la Fortaleza Petrodava Dacian, un monumento arqueológico importante de la zona.
Antes siquiera de que pudiesen identificar el origen del monolito, desapareció dejando un hueco en el suelo. La estructura tenía un patrón cíclico grabado.
Refiriéndonos al monolito de Utah ya desaparecido, algunos expertos creen que se trataba de un tributo a John McCracken debido a las similitudes con sus obras. Google Earth demostró que el artefacto llevaba desde 2016 en el desierto.
Los dos misteriosos monolitos en dos lugares remotos del planetas, fueron instalados de forma ilegal en zonas protegidas. Ambos desaparecieron poco tiempo después de ser descubiertos sin aparentemente responsables. El monolito de Rumanía, a diferencia del de Utah, parecía reciente.
En cuanto al monolito estadounidense, unos testigos afirmaron que desapareció la noche del 27 de noviembre cuando cuatro hombres misteriosos lo removieron, destrozaron y se llevaron. El rumano desapareció ayer 1 de diciembre por la noche.
