Los Estados Unidos de América han hecho algo parecido. El ejército financió a una empresa respaldada por la CIA para desarrollar un algoritmo inteligente capacitado para detectar sitios web que promuevan desinformación relacionada con la pandemia y la campaña de vacunación en EE.UU.
Ambas naciones hacen grandes esfuerzos para silenciar medios digitales independientes que muestren la corrupción de las farmacéuticas o los intereses tras la tan deseada vacuna. No simplemente hablamos de propaganda antivacunas, también todo lo que muestre preocupación legítima hacia la rápida creación de la misma.
Esto ha creado un descontento por parte de la población ya que los medios de información convencionales son blancos de sobornos e influencias para manipular la información contada.
Cuando la farmacéutica Pfizer fue sancionada por varios miles de millones de dólares tras comercializar ilegalmente y sobornar a funcionarios públicos para encubrir un juicio por drogas ilegales que acabó con la muerte de once niños, la mayoría de los medios de comunicación no hicieron eco de la noticia.
La gran noticia del descubrimiento de la vacuna acabó con todos los cargos que Pfizer acarreaba a sus espaldas. También evadieron que la compañía utilizó ARNm para la fabricación de las vacunas, algo nuevo sin precedentes y que no ha sido todavía aprobado para uso humano.
También han pasado por alto que Patricia Cavazzoni, directora del Centro de Evaluación e Investigación de Medicamentos de la FDA es la ex vicepresidenta de seguridad en los productos de Pfizer y ocultó la conexión de uno de sus productos con defectos en recién nacidos.
El problema de los nuevos protocolos para silenciar en línea es el uso que se aplicará en el futuro. Ya no es solo para uso en contra de propaganda dañina antivacunas, las teorías y discrepancias demostradas contra las farmacéuticas también son blanco para silenciar por parte de los gobiernos. Es una buena forma para no dañar los intereses de las farmacéuticas.
